In 1984, Chairman Zhao Zhanglin started producing silver contacts in a small workshop of a two-story private house in Tangxia Town, Rui'an, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. At that time, there was only one three-legged punch press.
In February 1986, with the spring breeze of "reform and opening up", the factory's own development and business needs, his brother Zhao Zhangguang also formally joined the company to manage production, and the two brothers established Rui'an Guijin Electrical Alloy Material Co., Ltd. .

In 1994, the company purchased three acres of land in the Chenzhai Industrial Zone in Tangxia, Ruian, and officially relocated in 1996. Due to the continuous expansion of business, it began to add silver alloy wires, strips, silver and copper on the basis of the development of silver contacts. Composite belts, stamping parts and other series of products have gradually developed into a first-line brand in the domestic silver alloy industry and an industry leader in East China.  

In 2000, as Shui On Guijin’s popularity in the industry increased, its products improved, and the company went abroad to start long-term cooperation with Japanese companies such as Mitsubishi, Sharp, etc., the company decided to expand in the international metropolis Shanghai, upgrade its products, and seek better products. For the development of the company, Shanghai Songfa Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. was registered, and 30 acres of land was purchased in Songjiang, Shanghai, to build a factory for investment.

In 2008, the company made a major breakthrough in the development of composite metal materials. It switched from silver-copper composite strip to copper-steel composite strip production, replacing the expensive electrical functional materials that had to be imported from Germany. The first set of 600-width composite production line in the country was invested, and the copper-aluminum composite belt, stainless steel composite copper belt, copper-nickel composite belt and other double-layer or multilayer metal composite belt series products were successively developed from 2010 to 2017.

In 2015, the company made significant progress in the key components of elevator switch parts. In the same year, Shanghai Haojue Elevator Parts Co., Ltd. was established. At the original high price of domestic switches imported from Europe, the company provided core switch components for domestic elevator companies. And greatly reduce costs, and expand the scale in 2020 to establish Zhejiang Haojue Elevator Parts Co., Ltd.

2017

In 2017, due to scale expansion and product and equipment upgrades, the company decided to formally establish Zhejiang Songfa Composite New Material Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing Port District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and invested in the world's widest composite production line of 1 meter wide plate in Zhejiang factory. And in the 2025 intelligent manufacturing environment, fully automated software and hardware are invested, and high-end technical talents are introduced. In the globalization development, a new layout has begun.
